Like you, we judge our success by the results we produce - results that make an immediate and lasting impact on your organization.  We believe clients should only pay for results, which is why we stand behind our service with several industry-leading guarantees.   If at any point during the first 45 days of search a client is not completely satisfied with our service, we will return our fee.  And if the employment of a Catalyst candidate ends (voluntarily or involuntarily) within one year of the hiring date, we will re-conduct the search for no additional professional fees.   Also, our fees are tied to actual deliverables, not promises.  And our fees are fixed upfront - there are no end of search surprises.
